Veterinary Fences are set up throughout Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe. It is generally not allowed to bring things like meat, milk products, skins, etc. across those fences.

Within Namibia it is allowed to bring those products from South to North through the fence, but strictly not vice versa. By violating this you risk Namibia’s status as “foot-and-mouth-disease”-free country!
