Duwisib Castle remains closed

Namibia Wildlife Resorts (NWR) announced that Duwisib Castle in Hardap region will remain closed until further notice. The historically important building, that was used by NWR as one of their most exclusive accommodation* offerings, has initially been closed in 2022 due the the COVID10 epidemics. Due to several issues with the building, no opening date has yet been announced. NWR will first do the necessary renovation to get the castle up to standard to welcome guests again.
